These terms apply to consumer purchases from this store. The version shown when you order applies to that purchase. Please keep your order confirmation and these terms.
Products and ordering
The product page describes the item, included accessories, available variants, price and essential specifications. Review your selection, address and order total before paying. Submit accurate details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. You receive an email confirmation of your order. If we cannot fulfill it, we contact you and refund any amount that must be refunded under applicable law.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown in the currency selected for your market. The total charged by us, available payment methods and shipping costs are displayed before payment. Any change in a published price applies to future orders and does not automatically alter an order already concluded.
For your selected market, the displayed price includes all applicable taxes, import duties and customs clearance charges. Dawn pays these import charges, so there are no additional import charges for you to pay on delivery. If a carrier or customs authority requests an import payment, contact us with your order number and the notice so we can arrange to cover it. If you have already paid such a charge, send us proof of payment so we can reimburse it. This does not limit your statutory rights.
Delivery
We deliver to eligible addresses in the countries offered at checkout. Free standard shipping is available as described in our shipping policy.
Estimated delivery is 8–10 calendar days from order confirmation to delivery at your address. This estimate includes order preparation, dispatch and transit; no additional processing period is added.

Cancellation, returns and consumer remedies
See Returns and refunds for statutory cancellation rights and country-specific remedies. We offer no additional change-of-mind return period. Faulty-goods rights are separate from cancellation deadlines. Any legal guarantee or remedy that cannot be excluded continues to apply; any additional commercial warranty would have to be expressly stated.

Follow the instructions supplied with the product and use a power supply compatible with its stated electrical specifications. We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable rights for unsafe or defective products.

Our Privacy policy explains personal-data use and your choices. Cookie or marketing consent is not given merely by accepting these terms. Use the site lawfully; do not interfere with its security or misuse its content. Intellectual-property rights belong to their respective owners, subject to legal exceptions.
Applicable law and disputes
The law applicable to your purchase and the courts with jurisdiction are determined by applicable legal rules, including mandatory consumer protections in your country or region. These terms do not require private arbitration or prevent you from using a competent court, regulator or statutory complaint process.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. A later update does not remove rights from an existing purchase. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
