Refund policy

Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation right, consumer guarantee, warranty, refund, repair, replacement or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your rights depend on the law applicable to your purchase.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not offer a discretionary change-of-mind return period. If the law applicable to your purchase gives you a right to cancel or return a product, we honor that right. The sections below explain important rights for the destinations we serve.

United Kingdom: online cancellation

For eligible online purchases, tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after you receive the goods, without giving a reason. For one order delivered in separate parts, the period normally starts after the last item is received. Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You may inspect the product as you would in a store; a lawful deduction may apply for loss of value caused by handling beyond that inspection.

You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return where the law permits this and you were informed before purchase. We refund the price and any standard outbound delivery charge. An extra charge for a faster delivery option need not be refunded. We issue the refund within 14 days after cancellation notice, but may withhold it until we receive the returned goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

United States

We do not accept change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law. This does not affect rights relating to damaged, defective, misdescribed, undelivered or otherwise nonconforming goods, or a cancellation right required by federal or state law.

Canada

Rights vary by province and territory. We do not offer a general change-of-mind return policy, but statutory cancellation rights, legal warranties and other remedies remain available. For example, certain failures involving required online-contract information, the copy of the contract or delivery can give rise to cancellation and refund rights. We follow the deadlines, return-cost rules and remedies applicable to your province or territory.

Australia

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may have a right to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For a non-major failure, we provide a remedy as required by law, including repair within a reasonable time. There is no general change-of-mind return offer. Reasonable return costs for a confirmed product problem are reimbursed as required by law; original packaging is not required to claim a remedy.

EEA and other statutory rights, where applicable

If European Economic Area consumer withdrawal rules apply to your purchase, eligible distance purchases generally have a 14-day withdrawal period after receipt, followed by 14 days to return the goods after notice. Any more protective mandatory right, lawful extension, legal guarantee or remedy continues to apply. This section does not add delivery destinations that are unavailable at checkout.

Damaged, faulty, incorrect or nonconforming goods

Contact us with your order details and a description of the problem. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Do not stop using a legal guarantee simply because a cancellation window has ended. We bear costs we are legally required to bear, including reasonable return costs for confirmed defects or our shipping error. We do not require you to pursue the manufacturer instead of us.

How to notify us and return an item

Request return instructions so the parcel goes to the correct destination; our reply is not a condition for giving a timely statutory cancellation notice.

Contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. A request for instructions does not replace or postpone your cancellation notice, and a reply from us is not needed to give a timely statutory notice.

Pack the product securely and keep proof of shipment. The address printed on the original parcel may not be the return address. We do not impose a mandatory unboxing video or a short reporting deadline that takes away statutory rights.
