Where we deliver

We offer free standard shipping to eligible addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Available shipping options and address eligibility are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–10 calendar days from order confirmation to delivery at your address. This estimate includes order preparation, dispatch and transit; no additional processing period is added.

Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. Please review the delivery information shown before placing your order.

Taxes and import charges

For your selected market, the displayed price includes all applicable taxes, import duties and customs clearance charges. Dawn pays these import charges, so there are no additional import charges for you to pay on delivery. If a carrier or customs authority requests an import payment, contact us with your order number and the notice so we can arrange to cover it. If you have already paid such a charge, send us proof of payment so we can reimburse it. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Order updates

We email your order confirmation to the address entered at checkout. If tracking is available for your shipment, we send the tracking details after dispatch. Tracking may take time to update.

Address changes and delivery problems

Check your address before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if it needs to change; a change may not be possible after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, damaged, incomplete, marked delivered but missing, or contains the wrong item, contact us with your order number. Photos can help us investigate but are not an absolute condition for exercising your legal rights.

We remain responsible for our delivery obligations under applicable law. If we cannot meet a stated shipping commitment, we will inform you of the revised timing and any right to cancel and receive a refund. A carrier issue does not remove rights you have against us.
